Holding in your pee

As per my knowledge the adult bladder can hold as much as half a litre of pee before the real need to “go”. Most of us have this great control on our bladder that we can hold in so much of susu for so long. Not willing to go to public toilets is one reason, some avoid for long as they might be busy in some serious stuff or they are just feeling lazy to leave the couch.

I have seen my fellows going to the washroom when I’ve already made some  trips. I do not believe in so much control. When we are told to have a lot of water in a day, not holding on to your pee should also be told. No matter how badly in need of sleep I am or I have to wake up during a chilly winter night when I am all wrapped in the blanket, I would still go and relax myself. The sleep is now anytime better than I was already having. It’s just too awesome when all that stored urine is out of the body. The comfort is so good.

Some girls control so much that now they’ve made it a habit (I am talking of the women because men don’t care at all. If they feel the need, they’ll do it anywhere but they will just not control. While releasing ‘anywhere’ is worse, not controlling is good!). While you are holding it, you are subjecting yourself to quite long term infection.

-       Constantly holding on can weaken your bladder muscles which eventually loses its ability to completely let go the pee from the body. It leads to water retention and the whole time you feel like peeing a lot.

-       Holding on to excessively longer time can also exposes your body to those harmful bacteria that can cause bladder infections. There are many other similar problems which we don’t realize but that might happen if we stick to holding on. Even Elsa from Frozen sings “let it go” (pee-J !!).
