CHAI BISKOOT

Life is like a cup of tea, it's all about how you make it !

Tea is something most of the Indian mothers stop their children from having saying that they'll get dark if they have it. So when those children grow, they get to understand what magic-potion were exactly they deprived of all those years. No matter how much a person runs from Tea he'll surely get in a habit of having it. One never says coffee-pakoda or coffee-samosa or dips biscuits in their coffee. Tea stands different. It is so bad when something so awesome gets cold- human after death and TEA !

If I talk about my favorite part of tea, it's dipping biskoot (biscuits) in it. It is so awesome. I really don't care what kind of biscuit I am having - cream, crunchy salty, jam, choco-chip or any....I WILL DIP IT. Often the biscuit breaks and goes into the cup but the other half is there to take it out. If the other half as well goes, another piece comes to the rescue.  It's just so much fun. One can't simply have tea alone. The Classic combination of chai with biskoot is unbeatable. Dipping the biscuits make biscuits and well as the tea more tasty. Even jeera biscuits will do (if the jeera doesn't get separated and floats in the cup. It's ewww..!)

The two most preferred biscuits are Marie and Parle G. Marie doesn't go inside completely and Parle G never comes out complete. Such sad thing. No love story is perfect anyway.

What CHAKHNAA is to DAARU,
Biscuit is to the Tea.
Cheers !!!
